Dr. Paul Farmer enjoys a moment of singing and dancing at a Children's HIV day care center in rural Rwanda. With the help of the Rwandan Ministry of Health and the Clinton Foundation, Farmer organized Rwandan and American workers to rebuild the facility and recruit Rwandan doctors and nurses.
