Description: General H. Norman Schwarzkopf, Operation Desert Storm Commander, discusses his techniques in motivating a team and the essential elements of leadership as well as the significance of General Eisenhower's leadership in the D-Day invasion at Normandy. The program was initially broadcast live. A field trip to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point is also featured on the program.

PROGRAM FOCUS:
This ATV production is an examination of the qualities of leadership: character, vision, courage, and heroism. General Schwarzkopf describes the personal impact the United States Military Academy's motto, "Duty, Honor, Country" has had on his life.
