Affirmative action actually makes our democracy healthier because it taps into the rich and varied heritage of diversity. It is the road to dynamic growth and change - rather than a dead end of stagnation and withering.
		Cons Ironically, affirmative action is a good idea gone bad. It is nothing short of institutionalized reverse discrimination. It thwarts highly qualified citizens from pursuing life, liberty and happiness.
